Plow Truck visible on map – Active Vehicle

If Plow Truck is not moving for a period of 5 minutes or more it is considered an Inactive Vehicle and is not visible to the user. A plow truck may be inactive during snow and ice events due to repairs, refueling, replenishing supplies, allowing a salt application to activate, etc.
